The complete honey extraction line includes:
Uncapping machine with vibrating knives, with adjustable gap according to frame thickness, supplied with a knife heating system.
Capacity: about 11 frames per minute.
Double-knife kit for the uncapping machine (optional).
Uncapping machine stand.
Continuous-operation cappings wax press with collection vessel.
Direct wax melter (alternative to the cappings press).
Collection rack for uncapped frames with manual or motorized loading system (depending on the selected line size).
Vertical honey extractor:
capacity for 40, 64, 80, or 120 frames (depending on line size);
automatic operation;
electronic speed controller;
automatic programming;
touchscreen;
19 preset operating programs.
Single or double rack for collecting extracted frames (as required), supplied with an AISI 304 stainless steel drip tray.
Heated settling tank.
Volumetric pump.
Set of fittings:
for connecting the press to the pump;

Automatic float level sensor for the pump, mounted on the settling tank.
