Terms & Conditions of Purchase and Sale

1. General provisions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between the Buyer and UAB Idea box (company code 307359973, address: Partizanų str. 61-806, LT-49282 Kaunas, Lithuania), operating the online store apisbaltic.com.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

2. Payment

  • All prices include VAT and are in euros (€). Delivery cost is added at checkout.
  • Payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, online banking (via Klix payment system), bank transfer.
  • When picking up in store you may pay on site (cash or card).
  • An order is considered placed once the Buyer fills out the order form and completes payment (or selects pay on pickup).
  • A purchase confirmation with order number and details is sent immediately to the Buyer's email address.

3. Delivery

Delivery methods depend on the Buyer's country:

Lithuania

  • Omniva parcel locker — €3.99, 1–2 business days.
  • Courier to your door — €9.90, 1–3 business days.
  • Pickup in store (Šaldytuvų str. 28, Kaunas) — free.
  • By bus (large/heavy items) — price by agreement.
  • Oversized items (honey extractors, tanks, etc.) — courier €28. Free shipping does not apply.
  • Pallet delivery (oversized items that cannot be sent by courier) — €39.90, price individual.
  • Free delivery (courier or parcel locker) for orders over €500 (does not apply to oversized items).

Latvia

  • Omniva parcel locker — €6.99, 2–4 business days.
  • Courier to your door — €9.99, 2–5 business days.
  • Oversized items (honey extractors, tanks, etc.) — courier €49. Free shipping does not apply.
  • Pallet delivery (oversized items that cannot be sent by courier) — from €79.90, price individual.

Estonia

  • Omniva parcel locker — €9.49, 2–4 business days.
  • Courier to your door — €10.99, 2–5 business days.
  • Oversized items (honey extractors, tanks, etc.) — courier €79. Free shipping does not apply.
  • Pallet delivery (oversized items that cannot be sent by courier) — from €89.90, price individual.
  • Orders received on business days before 12:00 are usually shipped the same day.
  • Delivery time for made-to-order items is agreed individually.
  • The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (courier service, force majeure, etc.).

4. Order cancellation and refunds

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
  • To return an item, the Buyer must send a request to info@apisbaltic.com specifying the order number and reason for return.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, accompanied by the proof of purchase.
  • Items must be returned to: Šaldytuvų str. 28, Kaunas, Lithuania.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer, unless the item is defective — in that case the Seller covers shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Defective items may be replaced or refunded. If you notice a defect, send a photo to info@apisbaltic.com.

5. Refund method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that the Buyer used to complete the transaction.

6. Liability

  • Photos may differ slightly from the actual product colour or details.
  • The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact details.
  • The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the item unexpectedly becomes unavailable or the price was incorrect. In such cases the Buyer is refunded immediately.

7. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may turn to:
