Returning items

Under EU and Lithuanian law, the buyer has the right to return defective or unsuitable goods within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must accompany returned items.
  • For online purchases, the buyer covers return shipping costs (except for defective items).
  • Send return requests to info@apisbaltic.com indicating the order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Uncollected parcels and shipping costs

Please note the following conditions:

  • If the parcel is returned to us because the buyer did not collect it from the courier or parcel locker within the given period, a EUR 3 handling fee is deducted from the refund and the delivery cost is not refunded.
  • If the buyer asks us to arrange the return shipment, only the item price minus transport costs is refunded.

Defective items

If you notice a defect or manufacturing flaw, contact us immediately:

  • Send a photo or video describing the defect to info@apisbaltic.com.
  • Return shipping for defective items is paid by apisbaltic.com.
  • After review, the item is replaced or refunded.

Warranty

All goods carry a 24-month quality warranty (unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise).

The warranty does not cover damage from mechanical impact, misuse or negligence.
