ABOUT THE PRODUCT
A solar-heated wax melter for remelting old combs without electricity or gas. On a sunny day, the temperature under the glass rises enough for the wax to melt (melts at ~60–65 °C) and it is collected clean, in a natural yellow color.
The body and insert are made of stainless steel (AISI 430); the glass lid with gasket closes tightly, and two fold-out legs allow you to aim the melter at the sun. Holds up to 2 frames (max. brood frame).
Compact and lightweight, easy to transport. Economical and eco-friendly – uses only solar energy. Store in a dry room during the autumn–winter season.
